By using our taxi and travel services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Services
We provide:
- Local Taxi Services
- Outstation Cab Booking
- Airport Transfers
- Travel & Tour Services Across India
2. Booking & Payments
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone call, WhatsApp, or customer support team.
- Advance payment may be required for booking confirmation.
- Fare may vary depending on trip type, distance, route, tolls, taxes, parking charges, waiting time, vehicle category, fuel costs, and other applicable charges.
- The final fare communicated during booking confirmation shall prevail.
3. Pricing & Charges
Important:
All fares, charges, taxes, and surcharges mentioned below are indicative and may change
without prior notice based on fuel prices, government regulations, seasonal demand,
route conditions, or operational requirements.
Final pricing will be confirmed before booking confirmation.
One-Way Outstation
- Extra per km charge: Sedan ₹13/km, SUV ₹16/km
- Toll charges: As applicable (if any)
- Parking charges: As applicable (if any)
- GST: 5% extra
- State taxes: Free
- Toll state tax: Free
- Driver allowance: Applicable extra charge
- Diesel vehicle surcharge: Applicable (if any)
- New vehicle surcharge (within 3 years): Applicable (if any)
Round Trip (Outstation)
- Extra per km charge: Sedan ₹13/km, SUV ₹16/km
- Toll charges: As applicable (if any)
- Parking charges: As applicable (if any)
- GST: 5% extra
- State taxes: As applicable
- Toll state tax: As applicable
- Driver allowance: Applicable extra charge
- Diesel vehicle surcharge: Applicable (if any)
- New vehicle surcharge (within 3 years): Applicable (if any)
Local Rental
- Extra per km charge: Sedan ₹35/km, SUV ₹42/km
- Toll charges: As applicable (if any)
- Parking charges: As applicable (if any)
- GST: 5% extra
- State taxes: As applicable
- Toll state tax: As applicable
- Driver allowance: Applicable extra charge
- Diesel vehicle surcharge: Applicable (if any)
- New vehicle surcharge (within 3 years): Applicable (if any)
Airport Transfers
- Extra per km charge: Sedan ₹35/km, SUV ₹42/km
- Toll charges: As applicable (if any)
- Parking charges: As applicable (if any)
- GST: 5% extra
- State taxes: As applicable
- Toll state tax: As applicable
- Driver allowance: Applicable extra charge
- Diesel vehicle surcharge: Applicable (if any)
- New vehicle surcharge (within 3 years): Applicable (if any)
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on trip type and cancellation timing.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Failure to arrive at the pickup location without prior notice may be treated as a No-Show.
- Waiting charges may apply if pickup is delayed beyond the complimentary waiting period.
- Route modifications requested by customers may result in fare revisions.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking details.
- Be available at the pickup location on time.
- Avoid misuse of services.
- Maintain respectful behavior with drivers and staff.
- Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, accidents, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for belongings left inside the vehicle.
- Distance and route calculations may be determined using GPS systems and operational requirements.
- We reserve the right to provide an equivalent or upgraded vehicle if the booked vehicle becomes unavailable.
- We shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Policy Updates
Shree Shivay Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
